SHIPPING

We try to despatch orders within one working day, the day after you place your order, using Royal Mail second class post. Please be aware that personalised items may take a little longer than normal but we will try to get them to you ASAP. All mailing and delivery costs will be stated before purchase, they are calculated as delivery cost plus shipping material, and then rounded up to the nearest pound (£) to cover labour charges. We can sometimes help with same-day or next-day delivery; please email for details. Feel free to contact us if you have a query over when your order will be despatched.

 

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Penny Lemon but from time to time there may be a reason to return goods. We offer a 30-day returns policy but reserve the right to refuse to accept goods that have clearly been damaged by the purchaser or damaged in transit.

Please use our contact page to explain the circumstances of the return and await confirmation from us before sending. Penny Lemon will provide a full refund, excluding postage for undamaged products. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact. Please include a copy of your original reciept and obtain proof of postage.
